Recording visits:

When a user accesses the ICMC website, the following information is recorded:

• date and time of accesses;
• pages visited;

• action that the user attempted to perform (downloading a document, for example) and if they succeeded;
• address of another website, if access to the ICMC site is verified through a link.
• These records are commonplace when visiting websites.

The following information regarding electronic messages sent through forms of the site may be registered:

• email;
• username;
• subject matter;
• content of the message;
• IP address.

Privacy of data collected through forms:

ICMC agents/services may have access only when exercising their functions. All information will be used exclusively for the purposes expressed in the respective forms, and in no case will be made available for other purposes.

The personal data provided by the user in filling out forms on this site are strictly necessary to identify the user.

Regarding the email address of the user, the ICMC may use it to send messages whenever it deems appropriate.

The privacy of electronic messages sent through the ICMC's web site messaging system shall be preserved by the ICMC except when it is suspected of an inappropriate use of such a system, when such messages and information relating thereto may be reviewed by agents authorized by the ICMC, according to the USP's code of ethics.
